Acura will show an electric vehicle concept during Monterey car week. Auto-making company Acura is set to show yet another flashy new concept vehicle at the Monterey car week, the company confirmed on Thursday. The concept is called the Precision EV concept and it previews the future design for an electrified era by Acura.

As for now, we do not have much in regards to details about the precision EV concept. But however, we can most certainly pick out a few things in the teaser video that was released by the company. The shape and stance say SUV which tracks totally ever since Acura’s very first EV will be a version of the Honda Prologue which is an electric crossover that is being developed with General Motors (GM).

The precision EV concept has a very big grille that puts on a kind of a cool light-up show. Also, the Acura logo is illuminated. If this is not so, the front fascia of the concept actually does not seem to stray very far from the design that is currently used on the RDX and MDX SUVs. But however, we will have to wait to see the whole thing in reality. Who even knows, as it just might be that the rear end could be well wild.

Normally, Acura brings a new hot item or even two to Monterey car week slated for august. Just last year we all saw the production NSX Type S and got out first official confirmation that Integra is all set to be making a comeback. That being said, questions such as: does Acura have another surprise up its sleeve in addition to this concept EV? We will have to wait until next week to know the answer to this question.
