Eligibility Criteria
All interested applicants must fulfill the conditions below to be eligible for Access Bank Entry Level Training Program (ELTP)
- Applicants must an African Graduates with a minimum of Second-Class Lower from a fully accredited institution
- Expected to demonstrate the use of effective problem-solving skills
- Applicants must have a love for working as part of a team

- An invitation for a written test will be sent to successfully selected Candidates who meet the Bank’s requirements
- Successful Candidates will attend an open day at the bank’s head office for interactive activities where Candidates will receive further insight into what we do at Access Bank.
- The next step is a psychometric test, essay writing exercise, and panel interview.
- Then a final interview with the Head of Human resources will be scheduled
- After which the Training school offer letters are sent to successful candidates
