- The program offers you the chance to acquire entry-level professional experience at a prestigious development institution. This will be through a non-renewable two-year contract as an Extended Term Consultant (ETC), which includes benefits.
To be eligible for the JPA program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Applicants must be under 28 years of age on their first day of service.
- A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required for eligibility.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of one or more of the Bank’s working languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish) is a plus.
As an ideal candidate for the program, the following qualities and qualifications are desired:
