What Is the STAR SINGA Scholarship?
The STAR SINGA Scholarship is a bond-free, fully funded award created for outstanding international students who wish to pursue doctoral research in Science or Engineering at Singapore’s leading universities. The program is a strategic collaboration among:

Eligibility Criteria
