Nintendo is set to release a new line of Amiibo figures for Splatoon 3 on November 11. A total of three new figures will be available and they are Inkling (yellow), smallfry, and Octoling (blue). Each figure however will cost $6. And just like older Splatoon Amiibo, they can be scanned through the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller or Joy-Con in order to unlock exclusive sets of gear all within the game.

You Can Take In-Game Pictures with Characters

And in addition to unlocking gear, scanning a compatible Amiibo in Splatoon 3 allows you to take in-game pictures with that very character. Also, you can save your favorite gear loadouts to the figure in order to easily access them later.

Splatoon 3 Splatfest Will Start On Nov. 11

The next Splatfest of Splatoon 3 also is scheduled to start on November 11. And these events will ask players to join one of three opposing teams and gather up points for their side simply by participating in Turf War matches. In order to celebrate the launch of Pokémon scarlet and violet, the next Splatfest will ask players what Pokémon type they prefer to select when they are setting off on an adventure, fire, water, or grass.

Splatoon 3 has been a big sales success ever since it was launched back on September 9, most particularly in japan. The game reportedly sold over 3 million copies in the country and region in the first three days of its availability. Splatoon 3’s in-game idols, Deep cut just recently held their very first live concert on October 9.
