However, the good news is that you can always reset your password to recover access to your Facebook account. If you’ve lost the login data for your business’s Facebook account, you can regain it using one of Facebook’s several security features.

My Facebook Account Password
Forgetting your Facebook password is frustrating on its own. But it gets even scarier when you realize that you may also need your Facebook account to log into other services. But fear not, as there are a few different ways you can reset your forgotten password.
If you have the same email or phone number that you registered with, it won’t take long. However, some of them will only work if you prepared for this beforehand.
What to do if you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with? You can still recover your Facebook account through a backup email address or phone number. It will also work if you’ve linked Facebook with your Google account.
Find My Facebook Account Password
If you know you don’t know your password, you need to recover your account. Just below the login password entry field on Facebook’s sign-in page is a link: Forgot account? Click that, and you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
Change your password
To change your password on Facebook if you’re already logged in:
- Click on the down arrow at the top right of Facebook.
- Select Settings & Privacy, and then click Settings.
- Click Security and login.
- Click Edit next to Change password.
- Enter your current password and new password.
- Click Save changes.
With the above steps, you can easily change your Facebook password, especially if you feel someone is using it aside from you.
Reset Facebook Your Password
If you have logged in but are unable to remember your password, follow the steps below to change your password, and then click on Forgotten your password? And follow the steps to reset it. Bear in mind that you’ll need access to the email linked with your Facebook account;
- Go to the Find your account page.
- Type your email address, and mobile phone number, full name, or username connected with your account, then click Search.
- Follow the guidelines displayed on your screen.
For safety reasons, you won’t be able to use the same mobile phone number that you use for two-factor verification to help you reset your password.
