Eligibility Criteria For Kazakhstan Scholarship
- Citizens of any country can apply for Kazakhstan Scholarship
- Not applicable for Kazakhstan domiciled candidates
- Persons living in Kazakhstan but not the Domiciled of Kazakhstan can apply for the scholarship
- Applicants just have a school certificate and university degree to apply
- Bachelor’s degree applicants must have previous good academic records
- Those with Bachelor’s degree must have a 2.33 GPA of 4.0, the same as Master’s
- Certification in English, German and French language is required
