Every 5 minutes of cumulative calls you make.

These cumulative calls include national, international, and roaming calls.

For example, if Mrs Melody makes a 3-minute on-net call at 9:00 am, then a 1-minute off-net call at 11:30 am, and another 1-minute international call at 1:30 pm, by the end of the call at 1:31 pm, she will receive 1 Pulse Point for a total of 5 minutes of calls made.
