Eligibility Criteria for HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship
To be eligible for the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must be a citizen of Pakistani or AJK & must be permanent residents having no dual nationality.
- Successful Candidates must be available to commence his/her academic studies in Moroccan Universities by the start of the academic year in September/October 2024.
- Scholars must possess at least A 12-year of education degree for an undergraduate program and must be within 19-23 years.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant fields of study for the Master’s program
- Furthermore, Candidates must have a minimum of 18 years of study in the relevant field of study for admission to a Ph.D. program at a relevant Moroccan university.
- Must not be holding any other scholarship awards offered by Participating universities in Morocco.
- Candidates must have any criminal activity.
- The formal mode of Communication is the French language, which means that applicants who do not have a sufficient level of the French language, need to take a language upgrade course in the first academic year and;
- Upon successfully passing a language course, one can be enrolled in a degree program. Please note that repetition in a language course is not allowed.

- Copy of signed application form of HEC.
- Copies of all educational documents.
- Copy of CNIC.
- Candidate’s letter of motivation.
- Documents showing outstanding educational performances and candidates’ involvement in extracurricular and volunteering activities.
- Letter of recommendation
- Doctoral students: a dissertation/thesis prepared for obtaining the Master’s degree and the doctoral thesis proposal.
- A Non-criminal Record not older than six months before the application deadline.
- Medical certificate of satisfactory health condition.
