Currently, SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is looking for a talented Recruitment Intern to join their team in Nigeria.

The intern will support the AKPO 2023 FFSD project. As a Recruitment Intern, your main responsibilities will involve various recruitment-related tasks, such as organizing test sessions and interviews, managing databases, providing feedback on assessment sessions, and assisting with day-to-day recruitment operations. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for sourcing and converting CVs.

The main responsibility will be to support the AKPO 2023 FFSD project by assisting with various recruitment tasks, including organizing test sessions and interviews, managing databases, providing feedback on assessment sessions, and contributing to day-to-day recruitment operations.

Profile

Responsibilities

  • Your tasks will include preparing scopes of work and ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment for modifications, repairs, or maintenance activities.
  • Develop scopes of work for approved work programs, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and safety regulations, and ensuring necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with COMPANY to review and validate bid requests for contractors invited to tender for work.
  • Supervise the execution of modification works at the site, especially when carried out by external contractors, ensuring adherence to COMPANY procedures and maintaining proper documentation.
  • You will be assisting in the analysis of equipment malfunctions and providing recommendations for repair and preventive actions. This will help ensure the durability of the equipment.
  • Propose and justify recommendations for improving equipment availability and efficiency, collaborating with Production Methods and other teams for implementation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of planned work.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant COMPANY procedures, particularly those related to health and safety.
  • Keeping accurate and updated records of equipment histories, as per information provided by the Production Operations department.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of equipment and spare parts.
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Maintenance and Inspection department.
  • Verify the quality of modifications through commissioning, start-up, and audits.
  • Monitor on-site spare parts stock levels, in accordance with COMPANY instructions.

Profile

  • Proficiency in CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – UNISUP R/3 or SAP or a similar package.
  • Mandatory computer literacy.
  • Awareness of ATEX directive.
  • Ability to work in onshore and offshore environments, adapting to site-specific climatic conditions.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a multinational team.
