Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC), located in Boston, Massachusetts, is that the largest junior college in Massachusetts, with quite 19,000 students enrolled annually. BHCC, founded in 1973, is fully accredited by the New England Association of faculties and Colleges (NEASC).

Application Process

For the Spring 2018-2019 Allied Health Certificate Programs (AHCP) at Bunker Hill Community College:

If you are accepted into the program, CURRENT BHCC STUDENTS do the following upon acceptance:

  • Complete a CORI form
  • You must waive health insurance and provide proof of coverage each Fall, or you will be charged
  • Pay close attention to your BHCC printout which tells you when payments are due
  • If accepted to an Allied Health Program you will need to attend a program-specific orientation where you will also register for your classes. Your orientation date and additional information will be provided by Admissions. If you have questions, please contact admissions at [email protected].
  • Course registration sign-up will be completed during the new Student Orientation
  • Be prepared to provide a copy of all recent medical immunizations

If you are accepted into the program, NEW STUDENTS must do the following:

  • Bring your college transcripts if you have been to another college, or
  • If you have not completed a college writing and math course, take the BHCC College Placement Test or ESL Placement Test (Room B118, Charlestown Campus) Include the following with your online application: High School Diploma, GED, or HiSet
  • NOTE: If you do not have a resident alien card or if you have not lived in Massachusetts for more than six months, you will pay out-of-state tuition.
