On your Apple Watch, Fitness Plus will automatically appear as a brand-new tab within the Fitness app on your iPhone. If you’re using an iPad, you’ll download the Fitness app from the App Store. And if you’re using the Apple TV device, then the Fitness app will automatically appear on it after you have upgraded to TVOS 14.3.
How to Setup Apple Fitness Plus
To join up for the platform, move to apple.com/apple-fitness-plus. Or, open the Fitness app on any of your Apple devices, and choose the Fitness Plus tab. you’ll join up for a one-month free trial, or get three months free if you purchase a brand-new Apple Watch.

Once you’re signed up, after you open the Apple Fitness Plus app on your Apple TV or other devices, a notification will pop on your watch asking if you wish to attach. Tap yes. At the highest of the app, filter through differing kinds of workouts, difficulty levels, trainers, durations, and music. you will find 10 different workout types to decide on, including HIIT, strength, yoga, dance, core, cycling, treadmill, and rowing, together with cooldowns.
Features of Fitness Plus
Each workout will tell you what equipment you wish (if any), like weights or a treadmill. after you select one, you’ll be able to click Let’s Go (or watch a preview first). A play button will appear on the screen and on your Apple Watch.
