The Amazon Fire TV drops the new interface. Amazon Fire Tv users get to see the latest new interface when they turn on their, with sending out all the latest Fire Tv experience this week. This would roll-out earlier this week, although the owners of the Fire TV stick 3 and Fire TV Stick Lite had been able to enjoy it before last year was through.

Now, although it has been spread out to most of Amazon’s Fire TV back-catalog. That includes the Fire TV Stick 4K, first TV cube (1st and 2nd Gen), and Fire TV (3rd Gen Pendant Design). As stated by the company, those that are in possession of a fire stick (2nd Gen), as well as anybody that is with a Fire TV Smart TV, should expect the update later this year.

The main difference is the Fire TV home screen. The main menu has been moved, and is now running across the middle of the screen; there you would discover your favorite apps and channels, as well as the Live TV and Latest content. Scrolling over the apps and icons would pull up a preview of the recently watched and promoted shows from that service underneath.

The aim of this is to help reduce what to watch dawdling, and the same goes for the latest new find feature on the Fire TV. It is basically an upgraded search system, that covers both your existing content and the new shows and it moves that you would be looking forward to watching.

The Library – includes a watch list, and it purchases, and any rentals that you might still be able to access are available. There is a plus new content organized by genres and categories. Live TV is listed in the find section, too. Finally, the app store is available for required third-party apps.

While you get to search using the Fire TV remote, some improvements have also been made to Alexa as well. There are new great voice commands that are now supported, for example, so you would be able to say things like “Alexa, go to live TV” or “Alexa, go to Find” in other to jump between sections. Immediately you enter the search dialog, meanwhile, you would be able to dictate queries via voice, rather than pecking out letters and numbers that is the on-screen keyboard. A new 2021 Alexa Voice Remote, meanwhile, it includes new shortcut buttons for some of the top streaming services.

Finally, some changes on how the Fire TV handles profiles. Up to six can now be supported, each with a much-personalized history in viewing, personal watchlists, and Live TV preferences, among other things. A kid’s profile configured using Amazon kids can be locked down so that purchases cannot be made without the knowledge of the parent’s knowledge. It’ll also make sure that you would only see content with the right age rating, though as always parental supervision is still recommended.

Apps that are set up to do so would offer personalized recommendations based on the content each profile has been watching, so it would actually make some sense to split different people out into different user accounts if their tastes are particularly different. The roll-out is now underway now, and could very well be waiting for the next time that put on the Fire TV device.
