Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the scholarship, you must:
- Be a citizen or resident of Nigeria or Ghana
- Hold (or expect) a 2:1 or higher in your bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Receive and accept an offer for a full-time taught master’s programme (excludes PGDip, PGCert, MPhil, MRes, PhD, and distance learning)
- Be classified as an international/overseas fee-paying student
- Select the University of Birmingham as your firm choice
- Pay a £3,000 deposit by the date in your offer letter
- Submit a 250–300 word statement on “Why Birmingham”
- Be able to cover your living and travel/visa expenses
- Apply through a registered local representative before 30th June 2025.
