Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible, you must come from one of the ADB countries listed above.
  • You should have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification with a strong academic performance.
  • At least two years of full-time professional work experience is required, gained after completing your university degree, at the time of application.
  • You should be below the age of 35 at the time of application, with the exception of certain programs that cater to senior officials and managers, where the age limit is set at 45. You must agree to return to your home country once you have completed the program.
