  • Duration: Up to 2 years
  • Eligibility:
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • HSK Level 5 (minimum score: 210)
    • HSKK Intermediate (minimum score: 60)
    • Priority for those with proof of future employment in teaching
  1. One-Year Study Program (Chinese Language and Literature)

  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Duration: 11 months
  • Eligibility:
    • HSK Level 4 (minimum score: 180)
    • HSKK Intermediate (minimum score: 60)
    • Cannot have held a similar scholarship in the past 3 years
  1. One-Semester Study Program (Chinese Language and Literature)

  • Start Date: September 2025 or March 2026
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Eligibility:
    • HSK Level 3 (minimum score: 180)
    • HSKK score required
    • Not eligible if previously awarded a similar scholarship in the past 3 years

Can I apply if I don’t have an HSK score yet?

No, valid HSK and HSKK scores are required for all applicants. Make sure to take the tests in advance.

Can I apply to more than one university under this scholarship?

You may list preferences, but Zhejiang University should be clearly indicated as your top choice.

Do I need to submit hard copies of documents?

No. Only online submissions are accepted. Do not mail or email physical documents.

What if my Bachelor’s degree isn’t ready before I apply?

You can submit a pre-graduation certificate, but you must present the actual degree upon enrollment.
