Dalian University offers Chinese Government Scholarships for Postgraduate Degree Programs in almost all academic subjects and majors. Amazingly, too, there is no application fee, nor is there a requirement for TOEFL or IELTS. The duration of a master’s degree is three years, while a doctorate takes four years.

Applicants are expected to upload the following documents during the online application for the Dalian University of Technology CSC Scholarship:
- CSC Application Form (completed)
- A copy of the Passport (should be valid for more than 6 months).
- Six (6) pictures (3cm*4cm).
- Applicant’s highest diploma. Please note that any documents not in English or Chinese must be notarized translations in English or Chinese.
- Official transcripts in languages other than English or Chinese must include notarized translations in English or Chinese.
- The student’s Study Plan must be in Chinese or English (no less than 800 words).
- Acceptance Letter from DUT Supervisor.
- Two Recommendation Letters in English or Chinese by professors or associate professors from the applicant’s previous university.
- International Physical Examination Forms and reports on Blood Tests must be original and in English language.
- Certificate of No-Criminal Conviction.
Eligibility Criteria:
The following requirements must be met for an applicant to be eligible for the Dalian University of Technology CSC Scholarship:
- Prospective candidates must be non-Chinese citizens in good health
- Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree and be under 35
- Applicants for PhD programs must have completed a master’s degree and be under 40
- The specified age requirement must be met by all applicants.

Application Deadline:
