- Be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident within Nigeria.
- Possess a valid government-issued ID (or supported by a direct family member’s government ID).

Adeola Okungbaye Award
- Demonstrated financial need or socio-economic disadvantage

Gifted Hands Award
- Between 18 and 25 years of age
- Admitted into or enrolled in a vocational/technical institution in Nigeria
