Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the PAP Scholarship 2025/2026, applicants must meet the following:
- Must be an indigene of one of the Niger Delta States:
- Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Undergraduate applicants must:
- Have sat for the 2025 UTME
- Be newly admitted to the 100-level
- Have a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO, including English and Mathematics
- Not using awaiting results
- Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0 each academic session
- Must not be involved in any act of misconduct
- Must comply with all PAP scholarship regulations
- Postgraduate applicants must have a First-Class or Second-Class Upper for reconsideration (if previously sponsored)
