Who is Eligible?
Applicants must:
- Be a national of Pakistan.
- Be classified as ‘Overseas’ for fee purposes.
- Hold an offer to study an eligible full-time Master’s degree at Sussex starting in September 2025.
- Be self-financing (not sponsored by another organization).
Additional Eligibility Notes:
- Students in the Business School or School of Engineering & Informatics can combine this award with relevant international Masters awards.
Who is Not Eligible?
You are not eligible if:
- A sponsor covers your full tuition fees.
- You are progressing from the University of Sussex International Study Centre (ISC).
- You are enrolling in the following courses:
- Certificates and Diplomas (including PGCE)
- Courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS)
- Courses at IDS
- Early Years Education (with Early Years Teacher status)
- Degrees in Social Work (with NHS bursary)
- Online courses
- School Direct teaching courses
- Masters funded by UK research councils (e.g., ESRC 1+3)
- You already hold another Sussex-funded scholarship (e.g., Chancellor’s International Scholarship).
