The Rochus and Beatrice Mummert Scholarships 2026 support talented future leaders from Middle and South-Eastern Europe to study at RWTH Aachen University in Germany. This fully funded program provides financial support for Master’s studies, internships, leadership training, and cultural experiences.
Students selected for the scholarship will study for up to five semesters, including a four-semester Master’s program and a four to five-month internship in a German company. The program also offers mentoring, skills seminars, and study trips to important cities such as Berlin and Brussels.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Mummert Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
- Be applying for or enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration & Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, or Tourism Studies
- Be a citizen of one of these countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or Slovenia
- Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field before the scholarship starts
- Have excellent academic records, especially in mathematics
- Possess strong German language skills
- Show leadership potential, enthusiasm, and social/community involvement
- Intend to return to their home country after completing their studies
