The selected candidate will receive:
- Full tuition fee coverage for a one-year taught master’s degree
- Free accommodation in a single-occupant, en-suite room in university halls
- A £5,000 maintenance award to support living expenses
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Gaza, or have been a resident of Gaza prior to the October 2023 conflict escalation
- Be self-funding and classed as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time, one-year taught postgraduate program at the University of Sheffield starting in September 2025
Note: Applicants who have fled Gaza due to the conflict may still apply but must provide evidence of residency in Gaza prior to October 2023.
Not Eligible
- Distance learning or part-time courses
- Applicants receiving any other University of Sheffield scholarships, discounts, or awards

How to Apply
To apply for the scholarship:
- Secure an offer: Apply and receive a conditional or unconditional offer for an eligible postgraduate taught course at the University of Sheffield.
- Access the application form: Log in using your MUSE account for offer holders. (Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your offer to access the form.)
- Submit your scholarship application by 1:00 PM (UK time) on Tuesday 27 May 2025.
