• Award Amount: $20,000 per year, renewable for up to four years (totaling $80,000).

#WhyUS Scholarship

• Award Amount: Ranges from $2,000 to $10,000 per year, renewable for up to four years for first-year students and two years for transfer students.
• Eligibility: Designed for international students who creatively explain why they have chosen to apply to Temple University.

Tuition Fees

• Tuition for international students: $21,135 – $35,608 per academic year.
• Estimated additional expenses: $15,000 for living expenses and $8,700 for fees, books, and supplies.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must:

• Be a first-year international applicant without U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• Have graduated from or be attending a secondary school outside the United States.
• Demonstrate interest in intercultural learning and initiatives.
• Be a Temple University applicant (either already admitted, having applied, or planning to apply).
