• You will receive an email confirming your registration along with your application number and password. To prevent problems, check your spam folder and accept emails from “@nig.ac.jp” if you don’t see them.
• Enter the names and email addresses of two recommenders when registering.
• Ask your recommenders to write a letter of recommendation for you in advance.
• Your recommenders will receive an email with details on how to submit their recommendation as soon as you register.
