Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the PPSS, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Level: Must be a Basic Six pupil enrolled in a public primary school within Rivers State.
- Community Status: Must be an indigene of one of NLNG’s host communities.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be between 10 and 12 years old.
- Exclusivity: Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship or related to NLNG staff members.

Application Procedure

- Email Verification: After registration, verify your email address using the link sent to your inbox.
- Application Access: Log into your account, click on “View Programs,” locate the “Post Primary Scholarship Scheme,” and click the “More” button.
- Form Completion: Fill out all required sections of the application form accurately.
- Document Upload: Upload clear, scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format:
- First, second, and third term results for Basic 4, 5, and 6.
- Birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission.
- Attestation letter stamped and signed by the headmaster or headmistress of your current school.
- Indigene confirmation letter signed by the Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairman or Community Chief.
- Local Government Area (LGA) identification letter.
- Recent passport photograph (no glasses, taken within the last three months).
School Admission: Secure provisional admission to one of NLNG’s partner secondary schools. The current list of partner schools can be found in newspapers and on NLNG’s social media pages.
