Students must meet the conditions below to be considered eligible for the Fulbright Romania Award
- Students must have Romanian citizenship to be eligible for the Fulbright Romania Award
- Students in possession of a green card or dual citizenship, are not
- Prospective Candidates for the Fulbright Romania Award 2024, must have at a Bachelor’s degree.
- Open to BA students who are in their final year of undergraduate study
- Proficient in the English language.
- The clinical students are ineligible to apply for the Fulbright Romania Award

- The student’s translated transcripts or diplomas
- Up to 3 letters of recommendation
- Result of the English proficiency test. This applies to finalists only.
